We help thousands of survivors each year — first to help them find immediate safety, and then empowering them to break the cycle of violence and start building a better future for themselves and their families. Among our crisis intervention programs is our SAFE Space Crisis Shelter, which is the only immediate-entry shelter available in the District, housing over 400 survivors and families each year.
