WHOLESALE FAQ
NEW ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum order of 6 units of each SKU from the Solarté Collections Lavender Collection or 6 units of each SKU from the Solarté Collections Verbena Collection.
• New accounts will receive a single tester unit for in-store use and customer sampling for each fragrance collection when an initial order includes both the full Lavender and Verbena Collections.
• Initial orders must be paid with a credit card per the terms and conditions stated in the Payment section.
PRICING AND MINIMUMS
• Prices listed on this website in the wholesale section. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Products are sold for retail sale only and cannot be sold below keystone markup.
• Products must be sold in their original packaging, including the original product labels.
• After initial order, each re-order must have at least 6 units of at least one SKU and a minimum wholesale purchase of $250.
• Customized gift packaging is available upon request and may be subject to minor packaging fees.
• Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
• From time-to-time, Solarté Collections LLC may offer retail purchase incentives to be used by the retailer to promote the sale of Solarté Collections products to retail customers. Such incentives will be applied as credits to future wholesale purchases.
SHIPPING
• All domestic orders will be shipped from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Orders will be shipped by UPS, unless specifications are made for shipment by Federal Express and USPS. Shipment tracking data will be provided at the time an order is shipped.
• Shipping costs will be billed at cost based on the method of shipment, packaging requirements, and order fulfillment interval requested.
• Initial order fulfillment intervals may require an interval of 4-8 weeks subject to early order demand levels and inventory availability.
• General order fulfillment intervals for re-orders will be between 2 business days and two calendar weeks depending on the volume of products being shipped.
TESTERS
• Testers are available for purchase at the wholesale purchase price.
• Testers are not available for sets of product miniatures.
PAYMENT
• Orders can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, JCB, or Diners Club.
• Credit cards are processed at the time of shipment.
• A credit card must be on file 2 weeks prior to the expected ship date in order to ensure on-time delivery.
• Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval of credit.
• Net 30 terms will not be granted on first time orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• All wholesale recipients are requested to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and to report any damages within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Photographs of damaged merchandise and the shipping box in which the damaged goods were received are to be sent via e-mail to wholesaleinfo@solartecollections.com
• At the request of Solarté Collections LLC, all damaged merchandise will be returned to Solarté for inspection and/or destruction.
• Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no cost subject to timely receipt of the photographs of all affected items.
• Exchanges may be made on merchandise that is in excellent condition within one year of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Exchanges may not make-up more than 50% of the next order.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Accounts that have not placed a re-order within 12 months of the initial order are subject to being reclassified as a new account.
• We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.
• All sales by Solarté Collections will be governed by North Carolina law.
